Haunted Anniversary

Tim's and my first date was on October 23rd, 2009.  

 We went to the Haunted Village in Salt Lake on a group date with some of Tim's friends from his old ward.  

It was really fun, but mainly because Tim was such a stud.  

The actual Haunted Village was pretty lame and not scary at all.  Such a bummer since I would have loved to link arms with him and have him protect me.

I guess we were both just too brave for that place.  

We both really love Halloween though, and Tim loves haunted houses and scary movies.  I used to.  But now I'm sort of a wimp.  So...to celebrate our anniversary, but not too scary/creepy for me, I signed us up for a haunted zip line that I saw advertized on groupon.

IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!! 

It was freezing, and it wasn't really haunted other than it was at night.  But it was just super cool and a fun experience to do with Tim.  The zip line was down Provo Canyon and consisted of 5 different zip lines. I'm glad I had the groupon because I don't know if it would have been worth the full price of $80/person.  It was a really fun time though-I think it would be beautiful to do during the day time in the fall; it would be GORGEOUS.

None of the pictures below are us (I just found them on google), but that was what the feel of it was like.  

So that is how Tim and I celebrated our 2nd Anniversary from our first date. 

Definitely a success.
