Ellertson Family Christmas Card

I'm horrible with cards. Birthday, Thank You, Christmas...you name it-I'm awful.  But...I am trying to improve in that area because now that I'm a mom I really want to document things more and share them with friends and family.

The year 2012 has been a big one for our family.  Megan turned 24 in February.  In March we found out we were going to become parents.  In April we went on a family trip with Megan's parents to Wales and England.  It was Tim's first time meeting Megan's extended family and friends who are all across the pond. Tim turned 27 in July, and in August Tim walked for graduation.  It was bittersweet because he still had a couple classes to take in the fall, but after a successful fall semester he is officially graduated from BYU with a degree in Political Science.  Wahoo! This September Megan's cousins from Wales came to visit and we had a wonderful time getting to know them better, showing them around Utah, and vacationing with them in Las Vegas. Tim got a new job working as a bank teller at UCCU. Megan quit her job with Northwestern Mutual after working there for 2 years due to the biggest event of this year...the birth of Mary Lynne Ellertson on November 16th.  We're still figuring out the ropes of parenthood but are absolutely loving our sweet baby girl being with us. Mary weighed 8 lbs 4 oz and was 21 inches long, and is happy and healthy.  All in all, this has been an absolutely incredible year for our little family and we are excited for this new year with our new addition.
