3 Months
Mary was 3 months old on Saturday, Feb 16th. I didn't get to take her pictures exactly on that date because we were celebrating the shortly coming arrival of her baby boy Bell cousin (I didn't know if Sian wanted the name announced or not) at his baby shower. Anyway though-here are the updates on our little Miss Mary.
Stats: No clue, but definitely bigger. Her next doctor's appointment is at 4 months.
During her third month of life Mary...
- Started blowing lots of bubbles
- Cooing and talking more
- Drooling lots and lots
- Has totally mastered holding up her head
- Rocks tummy time (more or less, depends on her mood)
- Blue blue eyes still
- Getting a little more hair, mainly more peach fuzzy on top and more darker hair around the bottom (old man skullet), still missing a lot in the middle
- Super smiley especially in the mornings, right before bed time, and right after a good nap
- Keeps getting longer and longer
- Starting to get some chub, especially in her cheeks, her thighs are getting squishy, and her belly has gotten wider
- Her head seems huge
- Easily follows things with her eyes
- Loves watching her mobile above the crib
- Turns her head and loves to be looking outward
- Is seeing things that are farther off
- Has discovered her feet and likes to play with them
- Does really big kicks and arm movements
- Shakes her head sometimes from side to side
- Has started holding and examining toys that I give her
